Oh my. That LAX-Moscow flight is LONG. Isn’t it around a 15-hour flight? We managed a 13-hour flight from Istanbul to Chicago and that was brutal.

It seems that few adoptive families are flying Turkish Airlines.

I am sure you have heard the story if the man walking along the beach throwing the star fish back into the ocean that the tides had uprooted. He was stopped and asked “Why would you bother when there are so many, it will not make a difference.” the Man replied
“It made a difference to this one.” as he picked up a little star fish and tossed it back into the surf. I can’t explain the emotion I feel when I think of the impact you will be making in the life of Aida. You are going to see so many Starfish that your heart wil break, but “you will make a difference in to this one”
    Blessings.
